An entire floor of prime strata office space in Clarke Quay Central has been put up for sale by expression of interest (EOI), marketing agent PropNex told CommercialGuru.
The office space comprises 10 strata-titled units to be sold collectively or individually. The subject property has a strata area of approximately 10,323 sq ft. Unit sizes ranges from 883 sq ft.
Located at 8 Eu Tong Sen Street, Clarke Quay Central is a mixed development that also offers a five-storey retail podium comprising F&B and retail outlets, two Small Office Home Office (SOHO) towers, a 25-storey office tower, a sky garden and recreational facilities.
The EOI exercise will close 11 March.
