Seven strata industrial units at Frontier have been put up for sale by tender, marketing agent DTZ announced today (16 March).
Located at the 3rd floor of Frontier at 50 Ubi Avenue 3, the subject property has a combined strata area of 15,726 sq ft. Unit sizes ranges from 2,024 to 2,842 sq ft. Each strata unit has a regular and column-free layout, and comes with private carpark lots and ensuite washroom.
According to DTZ, the rarity of contiguous row of strata industrial units in a central location will attract end-users who are looking for quality assets for owner-occupation and those looking to tap on Frontier’s proximity to the upcoming Paya Lebar commercial hub.
The property is to be sold in an “as-is-where-is” condition with vacant possession. Interested parties may submit bids for single or multiple strata units until 28 April.
