JTC Corporation (JTC) announced Wednesday (26 March) the award of tender for the industrial at Tuas South Street 11.
The 8,409.2 sq m site on Tuas South Street Plot 43 is zoned for Business-2 developet and comes with a land tenure of 20 years and four months. According to JTC data, the site attracted five bids where Ho Lee Construction outbid four others with the top bid of S$6.996 million. This translates to S$832.00 per sq m based on the gross floor area. The site has a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.0.
The tender for the site was launched in January and closed on Tuesday (24 March).
