Millenium and Copthorne (M&C) announced Wednesday the appointment of Richard Ong (pictured) as Orchard Hotel Singapore’s new general manager.
Ong will assume responsibility for the 656-room hotel’s business operations and ensure continued success.
M&C Chief Business Administration Officer, Bhupesh Yadav said the company is confident with the appointment given Ong’s 30 years of local and international hospitality experience.
Located along Orchard Road, Orchard Hotel Singapore is operated by M&C, a London-listed subsidiary of City Developments Limited (CDL). Both CDL and M&C are members of the Hong Leong Group of companies.
