International property consultancy JLL on Monday (8 June) announced that it has been named to the 2015 Fortune 500 list, the prestigious list which ranks the largest US-based companies based on revenue.
In 2014, JLL reached a record high annual gross revenue of US$5.4 billion (S$7.3 billion).
Commenting on the recognition, JLL President and CEO Colin Dyer said: “Becoming a Fortune 500 company is one more example of our consistent recognition as the best in our industry… [the] recognition from Fortune, combined with our reputation for ethical business practices and commitment to employee satisfaction, shows the value of the rigorous, relentless approach that we have taken to building our company to best serve our clients.”
Over in Singapore, JLL’s hospitality arm on Tuesday (9 June) announced the appointment of its new Senior Vice President for Consulting & Research.
Jude Bolger joins JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group from DWS, and will be responsible for the undertaking of consultancy activities nationally as well as overseeing our research activities and publications, the firm said.
JLL added that Bolger will represent the hospitality arm “while working closely with our national team to further strengthen and cement our prominent position in the Australasian hotel and tourism property sector.”
