Frasers Centrepoint-owned Australand has secured occupiers for a 200,000 sq m industrial space in Melbourne over the last six months valued at US$200 million (S$271.6 million), the company said in a statement Wednesday (10 June).
The deal is one of the largest in Australia in years.
Australand, which was acquired by Singapore’s Frasers Centrepoint Limited (FCL) last August, has secured supply chain company CEVA Logistics for its West Park Industrial Estate, in a deal involving the construction of a new 90,000 sq m campus-style warehouse and office facility. It will be CEVA’s largest facility in Australia.
