Logistics Holdings on Wednesday (17 June) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Logistics Constructions has secured a S$13.8 million contract from JTC Corporation.
The contract involves addition and alteration works to six existing conserved buildings and infrastructure works at Park Lane, The Oval and Hyde Park Gate at Seletar Aerospace Park.
Logistics Holdings CEO Phua Lam Soon said: “The securing of yet another A&A project from JTC is a testimony of our experience
and capability. It shows the confidence our clients have in our ability to complete public sector projects.”
Construction works will begin next Monday (22 June) and is expected to be competed in March next year.
The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and JTC have slated several bungalows along Hyde Park Gate and The Oval for conservation redevelopment into a series of restaurants, spas and other leisure activity areas, the group said.
Notably, the latest contract boosted the group’s order book to S$278.9 million, with projects expected to last until the financial year ending 30 June 2019.
