JTC Corporation has awarded the industrial site in Tampines for a tender price of S$5.9 million, it said in press release dated 26 June.
Launched for tender under the first half 2015 Industrial Government Land Sales (1H2015 IGLS) Programme, the site at Tampines Industrial Drive (Plot 4) was awarded to Sim Lian Construction Co, which offered the highest bid among the three bids submitted.
Zoned for Business 2 uses, the industrial site of 5,686.3 sq m comes with a 1.4 gross plot ratio and a lease tenure of 20 years.
