Construction and property development company KSH Holdings has secured a $34.8 million design and build contract for the construction of a Steel Structure, Electrical Intake Station and Ancillary works in Singapore.
Works are expected to commence this July and will likely take 16 months to complete.
This marks the group’s third public project win in 2015 and boosts its order book to $400 million.
In February, KSH won a $78.3 million contract to build a 11-storey Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre at Shenton Way and a $33.2 million construction project in April for a three-storey sports centre at the National University of Singapore.
Choo Chee Onn, Executive Chairman and Managing Director of KSH, said: “We intend to continue riding on the stronger public construction outlook this year, actively tendering for more projects that will contribute positively to the Group’s performance.”
