JTC has launched two industrial sites at Tuas South Link 3 under the second half 2016 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme, the agency announced Tuesday (25 October), as part of the Government’s efforts to offer more choices for industrial developments.
One of the sites, the fourth out of the seven Confirmed List sites to be launched, is a 0.58ha site located at Plot 22 of Tuas South Link 3. Zoned for Business-2 development, the site has a maximum permissible gross plot ratio (GPR) of 1.4 and comes with 20-year lease tenure.
Tender for the site closes on 20 December.
The agency also launched the 0.50ha site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 15). The site, the first of the three Reserve Lists sites to be launched for the second half of the year, is also zoned for Business-2 development and has maximum permissible GPR of 1.4. The site also comes with a 20-year tenure.
