Sim Lian JV’s upcoming Hillion Mall has achieved a high take-up rate, with 90 percent of its net lettable area of around 174,730 sq ft taken up by 100 retail and F&B brands, Sim Lian Group said in a press statement on Friday (25 November) .
The group also confirmed that NTUC FairPrice, PCF Sparkletots Preschool, Amore Fitness & Boutique Spa, Kopitiam and Best Denki will be the mall’s anchor tenants.
“Hillion Mall continues to see strong uptake,” said Sim Lian Group executive director Kuik Sing Beng, adding that interest come from retailers who recognise that this is “what the people living and working in Bukit Panjang have long wanted; not just the convenience of getting their daily essentials nearby, but a place for families and the community to come together.
Set to open in Q1 2017, Hillion Mall forms part of the integrated development which also comprises 546-unit Hillion Residences as well as a bus interchange, MRT station and LRT services, making Bukit Panjang the ninth town in Singapore to have an integrated transport hub. The mall is directly connected to Bukit Panjang MRT Station via an underpass at Basement 2.
