The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has awarded the tender for the heavy vehicle park site at Fourth Chin Bee Road to Hock Seng Heng Tpt & Trading, the company that placed the top bid in its tender exercise earlier in September.
The company clinched the tender for the site for a bid price of S$5 million, or S$518.05 per sq m based on the site area of 9,651.5 sq m.
The 0.96ha site, which was offered on a 10-year lease, was launched for tender on 22 September. It received a total of seven bids by the close of its tender two months later.
