In line with the government’s efforts to offer more choices for industrial developments, JTC has launched three industrial sites at Woodlands and Tuas under second half of 2016 industrial government land sales (IGLS) programme.
The sites, which comprises of two Confirmed List sites at Woodlands Industrial Park E8/E7 and Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 17), as well as one Reserve List site at Tuas South Link 1 (Plot 13), are the final two of the seven Confirmed List sites and the last of three Reserved List site for the second half of 2016.
The 0.88ha Woodlands site and 0.49 ha Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 17) site have a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 2.5 and 1.4 respectively, while the Tuas South Link 1 (Plot 13) has a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 2.0. All three sites are zoned for Business-2 development and have a 20-year tenure.
The tender for the site will close on 21 February.

Separately, JTC announced that it has awarded the tender for the industrial site at Tuas South Link 2 (Plot 11) to Zhao Yang Geo-Systems for a tendered sum of $2,688,888.
The 0.5ha site. zoned for Business 2 developments, was launched for tender on 27 September and attracted five bid by the close of its tender on 22 November.
