Nine freehold retail units on the second floor of Holland Road Shopping Centre (pictured) and one industrial unit at 211 Henderson have been put up for sale by tender, marketing agent CBRE announced Thursday (7 Jul).
The strata-titled units, in sizes ranging from 237 sq ft to 732 sq ft, makes up a total strata area of approximately 4,100 sq ft of the four-storey shopping mall.
Offered for sale on a vacant possession basis, CBRE expects the units to appeal to end-users looking to shops to purchase and operate. “For investors, the freehold status and potential yield return are key attractions,” CBRE said.
Meanwhile, the freehold industrial unit at 211 Henderson comes with a strata area of approximately 4,962 sq ft will also on vacant possession. According to CBRE the industrial unit is ideal for Business 1 uses.
CBRE noted that buyers have the option to purchase units on an individual basis, or all the nine retail units and one industrial unit under an entire portfolio.
The guide price for the retail units starting from S$1.09 million for the smallest unit, while the industrial property comes with a guide price of S$650 per sq ft.
Tender for the properties will close on 23 August.
