JTC has awarded the tender to an industrial site at Tuas South Link 2 to SE Global at S$2.68 million.
The tender price translates to S$358.97 per sq m per gross plot ratio.
According to JTC the site at Tuas South Link 2 (Plot 7), zoned for Business 2 developments, has an area of 5,322.7 sq m and a plot ratio of 1.4. It was launched for tender on 31 May and closed on 26 July with a total of five bids received.
Separately, JTC said the tender for the industrial site at Tampines Industrial Drive (Plot 10) which was launched on 26 April and closed on 21 June received three bids were. However, the highest and second highest bids were not accepted due to non-compliance with the stipulated tender conditions, while the third bid was not accepted as the price offered was too low.
