JTC Corporation on Tuesday (30 August) announced the launch of the site at Tuas South Link 2 (Plot 6) from the Confirmed List under the second half of the Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme.
The site, which measures 5,050 sq m or 0.51ha, is zoned for Business-2 development and has a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4. According to the press release, the site comes with a 20-year lease tenure.
Tender for the site will close on 25 October.
