Tuas South Link 2 site launched for tender

JTC on Tuesday (27 September) announced the launch of Plot 11 at Tuas South Link 2 for sale by public tender under the Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme for the second half of 2016.

This is the third of the seven Confirmed List sites for the second-half of the year.

The 0.50ha site, zoned for Business-2 development, comes with a 20-year tenure with a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4. The tender will close on 22 November.
