Oxley Tower along Robinson Road has earned the honour to represent the country in the prestigious FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2018 after it secured the top office accolade in this year’s Singapore Property Awards.
The 32-storey freehold strata project by Oxley Holdings comprises a three-storey podium with 129 retail units, a three-level basement car park, and a 29-storey building with offices and restaurants.
Aside from the tower’s roof crown that adds to the unique Singapore skyline and nightscape, the development features attractive strip lights that improves the building’s liveliness at night. It also comes with covered walkways that enables seamless and convenient connectivity to adjacent buildings.
“Oxley Tower is an iconic commercial project that we developed in the central business district. With Singapore’s increasing focus on and encouragement of local small and medium enterprises, Oxley Tower is a good fit by providing quality and affordable prime office space for startups and medium sized companies,” said Oxley Holdings Chairman and CEO Ching Chiat Kwong.
“Winning the Singapore Property Award is an endorsement of Oxley’s expertise in developing environmental-friendly buildings with innovative architectural design. We will continue to uphold high standards in property development, build on Oxley’s track record and reputation, and meet market demand with more quality buildings in Singapore and overseas.”
