The tender for a 4,994.6 sqm industrial site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 15) has been awarded to Soilbuild Construction Group Ltd after it submitted the highest bid of S$2.71 million, revealed JTC on Friday (5 May 2017).
Offered on a leasehold tenure of 20 years, the land parcel is zoned for Business 2 and has a gross plot ratio 1.4. The company is also required to complete the development within 60 months.
The tender for the site was launched on 31 January 2017 and closed on 28 March of the same year, with a total of five bids submitted.
Meanwhile, TODAYonline reported that Soilbuild has several projects underway in Singapore. These include a commercial project at Jalan Besar, a residential development at Balmoral Road, two civil works with the Land Transport Authority and a multiple-user general industrial development at Jalan Lam Huat, revealed the firm’s website.
It also has five ongoing residential projects with the Housing Development Board (HDB) in Yishun, Bukit Batok, Ang Mo Kio, Sembawang and Tampines/Paya Lebar Way.
