The tender for the industrial site at Tampines North Drive 3 (Plot 3) has been awarded last Friday (2 June) to BHCC Construction Pte Ltd after it submitted the highest bid of S$7 million.
Offered on a leasehold tenure of 20 years, the 5,804 sqm (62,471 sq ft) land parcel is zoned for Business 2. It has a gross plot ratio of 2.5, and the successful buyer must complete the construction of the project within 60 months.
Originally, JTC launched the tender for the site on 28 February 2017 and it closed on 25 April of the same year, with three bids received.
