Oakwood Premier OUE Singapore, the first serviced residence of its kind here in the city-state, is set to be launched on 15 June 2017 at 6 Shenton Way in OUE Downtown 1 in the heart of the central business district (CBD).
Located in the upcoming OUE Downtown building, the 268-unit property will be run by Oakwood Asia Pacific Ltd, a member of Oakwood Worldwide, a global leader in furnished and serviced apartment solutions.

Situated above the new retail mall in the OUE Downtown skyscraper, the serviced apartments are designed as a relaxing home for travellers with all the luxuries of a hotel.
It offers a wide range of premium facilities including outdoor Jacuzzi and infinity pool, residents’ lounge, outdoor barbeque, contemporary lobby bar, Se7enth restaurant and The Fitness Center by Oakwood, as well as The Oakwood Executive Club and Boardroom among others.
Guests can choose from midscale and high-end residences consisting of studios as well as one- and two-bedroom apartments, but these can only be leased for minimum of seven nights.
The studios come with a kitchenette, Samsung mobile phone and tablet, plus complimentary launderette access, while the apartments get a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and the aforementioned Samsung gadgets.
Aside from 24-hour customer service, complimentary housekeeping and daily breakfast, in-room dining and airport transfers, visitors may also avail of the services of a five-star hotel at OUE Downtown like spa treatments and personalized concierge. They may also get access to prestigious tailors, health and fitness trainers, as well as beauty and grooming experts.
The premier serviced residence will represent the second Oakwood property in Singapore following the March opening of Oakwood Studios along Orchard Road.
