The tender for an industrial site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 24) has been awarded to Pan Asian Flow Technology Pte Ltd, after the company submitted the highest bid of S$2 million, announced JTC on Thursday (20 July).
Zoned for Business 2 developments, the site has an area of 4,687.5 sq m and a gross plot ratio of 1.4.
The 20-year leasehold site was launched for sale on 28 March under the first half 2017 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme and closed on 23 May, with a total of four bids.
