A 4,299.9 sqm industrial site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 18) has been awarded to LNT Coating Pte Ltd on Wednesday (16 August) after the company submitted the highest bid of over S$2.45 million.
Offered on a 20-year lease, the land parcel has a gross plot ratio of 1.4 and is zoned for Business 2 purposes. The development must also be completed within five years or 60 months.
JTC originally launched the tender for the site on 25 April 2017 and it closed on 20 June 2017, with only one bid received. It is also the fourth out of six confirmed list sites under the 1H 2017 Industrial Government Land Sales Programme.
