Ascendas-Singbridge and its joint venture partner, Saigon Bund Capital Partners has started construction works for Office Tower 1 at OneHub Saigon in Saigon Hi-Tech Park.
Set to commence operations from Q1 2019, the tower will have a gross floor area of around 12,000 sq m over six floors.
In fact, leasing for the tower is now open, with targeted customers including companies coming from business process outsourcing, information technology, and finance sectors as well as companies on the lookout for big floor plates and companies supporting tenants within Saigon Hi-Tech Park.
Ho Chi Minh City’s first fully integrated business park, OneHub Saigon will comprise seven office towers, an educational centre, a mixed-use commercial block and recreational amenities. “It will also feature designated event spaces and social areas dedicated to networking and relaxation,” revealed the joint venture partners in a release.
“We are very excited to celebrate this significant milestone in the development of OneHub Saigon. A campus-style business park, OneHub Saigon will be a hub for everyone, creating spaces that encourage collaboration to facilitate the growth of enterprises and industries in Vietnam,” said Koh Mui Kwang, general director of Ascendas Saigon Bund Company Limited.
“Tenants at Tower 1 can look forward to a premium quality business space solution that is customisable to their business needs, at a fraction of rental rates in the Central Business District.”
With assets under management exceeding S$20 billion, Ascendas-Singbridge is jointly owned by Temasek Holdings and JTC Corporation via a 51:49 partnership.
Saigon Bund Capital Partners, on the other hand, is an investment company that is comprised of a joint venture between NP Capital Partners and Gaw Capital Partners, a global real estate private equity fund management company.
