The tender for the industrial site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 16) has been awarded to Soilbuild Construction Group Ltd at a tendered price of $2.6 million, revealed JTC on Thursday (25 December).
Zoned for “Business 2” use, the 4,993.1 sq m site has a gross plot ratio of 1.4 and a leasehold tenure of 20 years.
“The tender for the site was launched on 26 September 2017 and closed on 21 November 2017, with one bid submitted,” it said.
Meanwhile, JTC noted that the tender for the industrial site at Jalan Lam Huat (Plot B) will not be awarded.
This comes as the sole bid for the site was not accepted since the price offered was too low.
