Ascendas-Singbridge Group along with its joint venture partner Saigon Bund Capital Partners have commenced construction for Office Tower 2 (pictured) at OneHub Saigon, following last month’s successful handover of Office Tower 1.
OneHub Saigon is Ho Chi Minh City’s first fully integrated business park. The 12-ha development in Saigon Hi-Tech Park comprises seven office towers, work-office home-offices, a mixed-use commercial block, recreational amenities with sustainable features and an education centre.
Tower 2 has a gross floor area of about 20,333 sq m spread over 10 floors and two basements. Set to start operations in Q2 2020, this LEED Silver-certified building offers attractive space solutions for companies looking to expand, relocate or consolidate; companies in search of large floor plates as well as companies supporting tenants within Saigon Hi-Tech Park.
Ascendas-Singbridge revealed that leasing for Tower 2 is now open. And just like Tower 1, Tower 2 also targets companies from the Business Process Outsourcing, Information Technology, Finance and Back Office Outsourcing sectors.
“We have seen strong demand in the office market and observed the decentralisation trend in areas where infrastructure is well developed. The robust demand is evident from the positive take-up rate of Tower 1. We are confident that Tower 2 will be another testimony to our commitment to providing international quality business space solutions that are customisable to corporates’ needs,” said Tan Yew Chin, CEO for Singapore and South East Asia at Ascendas-Singbridge Group.
