Industrial-landlord JTC has awarded the two industrial sites at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 23) and Tuas Bay Close to the highest bidders Bonco Enterprise and Soilbuild Group Holdings, respectively.
Emerging as the sole bidder, Bonco Enterprises bagged the tender for the 6,276.5 sq m site at Tuas South Link 3 after it submitted a $2.8 million bid.
Soilbuild Group, on the other hand, beat out another bidder for the 27,180 sq m site at Tuas Bay Close with its $29.9 million offer.
With a gross plot ratio of 1.4, the site at Tuas South Link 3 has a leasehold tenure of 20 years.
Meanwhile, the Tuas Bay Close site has a gross plot ratio of 1.7 and a 30-year tenure.
Both sites are zoned for Business 2 development with a project completion period of 60 months.
