JTC announced on Tuesday (28 August) the launch of two sites under the second half of the 2018 IGLS Programme.
These include a 1.28ha site at Corporation Drive (formerly referred to as Yung Ho) and a 0.48ha site at Tampines North Drive 3 (Plot 2).
Zoned for Business 2 use, both sites come with a gross plot ratio of 2.5.
The site at Corporation Drive has 30-year lease tenure, while that in Tampines North Drive 3 (Plot 2) has a 20-year tenure.
JTC revealed that the Corporation Drive site, which was made available through the reserve list system under the 2H 2018 IGLS Programme, was triggered for sale after an applicant committed a bid of not less than $20.7 million.
The site at Tampines North Drive 3 (Plot 2), on the other hand, is the second of six confirmed list sites.
It noted that the “launch is part of the government’s efforts to offer more choices for industrial development”.
The tender for the Corporation Drive site will close on 9 October, while that for Tampines North Drive 3 (Plot 2) site on 23 October.
