CapitaLand Commercial Trust on Wednesday (29 August) announced that it has completed the sale of Twenty Anson in Tanjong Pagar.
The company has earlier revealed in June that it has entered into an agreement to sell the 20-storey office building to an unrelated third party for $516 million or S$2,503 per sq ft based on the property’s net lettable area.
Located at 20 Anson Road, Twenty Anson was completed in 2009, featuring a total net lettable area of about 206,000 sq ft and a sheltered access to Tanjong Pagar MRT station.
It had a committed occupancy rate of 94.3 percent as at 31 March 2018, with the top three tenants being Toyota Motor Asia Pacific, BlackRock Advisors Singapore and BCD Travel Asia Pacific.
