JTC has launched a site at Tuas West Avenue (Plot B) via tender exercise, under the 2019 IGLS Programme’s second half.
The property sits on a “B2″ zoned land (for heavy industrial use), measuring 0.95 ha (102,257 sq ft) with a 1.4 gross plot ratio. It is also subject to a 20-year lease tenure.
This site is the second among four Confirmed List sites in the second half of the 2019 IGLS Programme, according to JTC’s press release. It has been launched as part of the government’s efforts to give additional choices for industrial development.
The tender exercise for Tuas West Avenue (Plot B) closes on 27 December.
