The tender for an industrial site at Jalan Lam Huat (Plot B) has been awarded to Carros Project Management after it submitted the highest bid of $5.1 million, revealed JTC in a release on Wednesday (20 Feb).
Zoned for Business 2 use, the 7,694.7 sq m site comes with a leasehold tenure of 20 years and a gross plot ratio of 2.5.
JTC launched the tender for the site on 30 October and it closed on 26 December, with three bids received.
The site was one of the confirmed list sites under the second half 2018 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme.
