JTC has awarded the 4,456.3 sq m industrial site at Tuas South Link 3 (Plot 20) to Transmare-Chemie, which submitted a $2.05 million bid.
Zoned for Business 2 use, the land parcel has a gross plot ratio of 1.4 and a leasehold tenure of 20 years. The development to be built on the site must be completed within 60 months.
“The tender for the site was launched on 27 November 2018 and closed on 22 January 2019, with one bid submitted,” said JTC.
Separately, JTC revealed that it will not award the tender for an industrial site at Jalan Papan (Plot 1).
This comes as the site attracted only one bid, which was not accepted “as the price offered was below the reserve price”.
