Whye Wah Development & Construction Pte Ltd has won the bid to develop Woodlands Industrial Park.
JTC has awarded the industrial site at Woodlands Industrial Park E2/E5 to Whye Wah Development & Construction Pte Ltd, which submitted a bid of $3.4 million.
Zoned for Business 2 use, the 5,000 sq m site has a gross plot ratio of 2.5 and a leasehold tenure of 20 years. The development to be built on the site should also be completed within 60 months.
Launched on 29 January, the tender for the site closed on 26 March, with one bid received, said JTC.
