This takes its total number of locations to four.
Spaces, which is owned by flexible workspace company IWG, has expanded its operations, with the addition of two new locations in Clarke Quay and TripleOne Somerset.
This takes its total number of locations to four, reported The Business Times.
The Clarke Quay branch occupies three floors in a commercial building, which covers an area of 16,684 sq ft.
The TripleOne Somerset branch, on the other hand, spans over 35,000 sq ft as it occupies two floors. It contains seven meeting rooms, 590 dedicated desks, 135 co-working desks, conferencing facilities, multiple event spaces, 16 parking spots and a 3,900 sq ft business club.
Its two other branches can be found at Robinson Road and City Hall.
Spaces also plans to open locations at Paya Lebar Quarter and One Raffles Place by year-end.
The Paya Lebar Quarter will have an area of 50,000 sq ft and is set to feature co-working spaces, private-offices, break-out areas and a deli café.
Meanwhile, the One Raffles Place will sit on an area of 35,000 sq ft and will have four floors with options such as hot desks and service offices for rent; and conference, meeting and training rooms for hire.
The total coverage of all six locations in Singapore is expected to reach 250,000 sq ft of space.
Given the increase in mobile workforce, IWG is seeing a stronger push to decentralised offices with flexible working becoming the norm, said IWG executive vice president for enterprise and sales Samit Chopra.
“Our expansion in Singapore is fuelled by the rising demand for flexible workspace in the region, as more businesses are recognising its inherent benefits,” he added.
