Singapore’s flexible space operator JustCo is poised to lease a 16-storey tower in Seoul’s Gangnam business district, reported Reuters.

JustCo CEO Kong Wan Sing revealed that the building, which is set to open in November, is already 60 percent pre-leased, mainly by large corporates.
Co-working spaces have gained popularity among cost-conscious startups because of the flexibility of short-term leases for finely decorated spaces within prime locations. More bigger companies are also turning to co-working companies to manage their offices.
In fact, co-working space companies have become a vital source of demand for commercial real estate within major cities.
Founded in 2011, JustCo has around 35 centres around the world. It eyes new markets such as Vietnam, India and Japan, while expecting to have more than two million sq ft across more than 50 centres by end-2019.
