In a bid to enhance the future-readiness of its commercial properties, Frasers Property recently launched an intelligent building platform at its premium office development, Frasers Tower.
One of the key features of the platform is its ability to function as a “digital twin or virtual model of the Grade A office building with capabilities to integrate various systems and workflows and enable real-time remote management of the building’s operations”, it said in a release.
Specifically, the latest initiative will help boost customer experience by serving as a one-stop service hub where tenants can book events and amenities as well as raise requests for maintenance and concierge services via the centralised platform.
Tenants can also make direct payments on their service requests as well as apply and renew for season parking via the platform.
The platform also enables the development’s occupants to enjoy “secure and contactless building amenity access using their mobile credentials, including contactless elevator access”.
Frasers Property noted that visitors of the tenants can be pre-registered via the platform, “which will issue an email consisting of QR code and directions to their visitors for building entry purposes”.
Moreover, the platform allows tenants to access “fitness and wellness offerings in and around the building”.
“The platform’s monitoring of the indoor air quality also enables greater control and adjustment of temperature in leased spaces and zones,” added Frasers Property.
Powered by US-based ‘software as a service’ start-up Cohesion, the platform is expected to incorporate other value add functions like the automation of refund process.
“The COVID-19 pandemic has presented an opportunity and impetus for us to reimagine our spaces and transform the way the community uses our properties,” said Jack Lam, Chief Operating Officer, Commercial, Frasers Property Singapore.
“With tenants gradually returning to the workplace, we envisage a Future of Work experience where our property teams, tenants and the community at large can interact effortlessly and frictionlessly within the spaces of our office buildings for greater connectivity and productivity.”
The roll-out of the platform’s full suite of features at Frasers Tower is expected to be completed by end-November.
