Four contiguous office units at Level 9 of Paya Lebar Square have been put up for sale, with a guide price of $23.5 million.
This works out to an average price of $2,179 per sq ft (psf) based on the units’ total strata area of around 10,785 sq ft, revealed sole marketing agent Savills Singapore.
Completed in 2014, Paya Lebar Square is a mixed-used building comprising a 10-storey premium office tower sitting atop a three-storey retail podium. The building is strategically situated within the heart of Paya Lebar Central and comes with sheltered access to Paya Lebar MRT Interchange.
