The tender for an industrial site at 160 Gul Circle has been awarded to New Century Integration Pte Ltd for $2.2 million, announced JTC on Thursday (10 December).
Launched on 25 August, the tender closed on 6 October with four bids received.
The site was first made available for application via the reserve list system under the 1H 2020 Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) programme. JTC later received an application for the site to be put up for public tender, with a committed bid of not less than $2 million.
With an area of 3,686 sq m, the 20-year leasehold site at 160 Gul Circle is zoned for Business 2 use, with a gross plot ratio of 1.4.
Separately, JTC revealed that it will not make any award for the tender for an industrial site at Tampines North Drive 3 (Plot 2).
This comes after the the sole bid was not accepted since the proposed usage is non-compliant.

It was the first of three confirmed list sites for 2H 2020 IGLS Programme.
