A shophouse with two retail units in Holland Village together with their adjacent front and rear land parcels have been put up for sale at an indicative price of $13.8 million.
Situated at 26A and 26C Lorong Mambong, the shophouse units have a total strata area of around 1,840 sq ft. The front and rear land parcels, on the other hand, have a combined land area of about 1,020 sq ft.

The site is located near the Holland Village MRT station. The Holland Village enclave features a mix of trendy cafes, restaurants and sports bars.
“This is an opportunity not to be missed as freehold commercial properties within District 10 are rare and few,” said Shaun Poh, executive director of capital markets at Cushman and Wakefield.
“Given the Urban Redevelopment Authority’s (URA) plans for the precinct and the anticipated completion of new developments in the immediate vicinity, the properties will likely appeal to investors seeking prime assets with tremendous potential for capital appreciation and rental upside.”
Holland Village has been earmarked by the URA as a growth precinct with plans for a new community park, more pedestrian walkways and an upcoming mixed-use development, One Holland Village.
Foreigners can acquire the properties, with no Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty payable.
The expression of interest exercise for the shophouse units closes on 5 March.
