Moreover, the office tower has been designed in a contextual prism shape to improve integration with the surrounding buildings and introduce a tapering effect allowing for various vantage points.

The 235-metre high building was also recently awarded the green mark platinum by the Singapore Building and Construction Authority for the widespread implementation of environmentally sustainable practices. These include retaining the same area of green space as the original site, recycling rainwater to irrigate the building’s flora, and introduction of three-metre floor-to-ceiling double-glazed glass windows that maximise the natural light and reduce energy usage.
