A two-storey industrial building at 33 Tuas Basin Link Road has been launched for sale via expression of interest (EOI), with a guide price of $8 million, revealed exclusive marketing agent Knight Frank.
With balance land tenure of 33 years, the JTC factory occupies a 4,633.40 sq m (49,873.45 sq ft) site that is zoned for B2 use under the 2019 Master Plan with a maximum allowable plot ratio of 1.4.

It is situated near the Second Link at Tuas as well as the upcoming Tuas Mega Port, making it well-positioned to meet the logistical and operational needs of firms dealing with international trade.
The property’s proximity to both Tuas Crescent and Gul Circle MRT stations also offers convenience to employees commuting from Malaysia.
Knight Frank noted that the property is ideal for general industrial use, like precision engineering, manufacturing, electronics, bio-medical and logistics or distribution industries.
