CapitaLand’s wholly-owned lodging business unit, The Ascott Limited, expanded its Citadines brand in Indonesia with the opening of Citadines Berawa Beach Bali, reported Singapore Business Review (SBR).
Featuring 224 serviced residence units, Citadines Berawa Beach Bali is located near many recreational spots as well as landmarks.
Its opening brings Ascott’s portfolio to over 150 properties, with over 23,000 units across more than 40 cities in Indonesia.
“Indonesia is one of Ascott’s largest markets in Southeast Asia. Despite COVID-19, Ascott has remained resilient with a strong base of long-stay guests and corporates who value the home comfort, privacy and security of our serviced residences. Citadines is our fastest growing brand globally,” said Ervin Yeo, Ascott Managing Director for Southeast Asia, as quoted by SBR.
