A two-storey non-conservation shophouse at 221 Upper Thomson Road has been put up for sale with a guide price of $6.5 million, revealed exclusive marketing agent Savills Singapore.

The move of Raffles Girls School to Marymount and the establishment of Eunoia Junior College at Bishan have further contributed to the high footfall in the area.”
Given the site’s commercial zoning, foreigners and companies can acquire the shophouse with no Additional Buyer Stamp Duty (ABSD) or Seller’s Stamp Duty (SSD) payable.
