Hi, I am looking for investment in commercial properties. Currently, thinking of Light industrial. Since, I am looking for pure investment, I want to know what should be the best property and location to invest. My budget is around 700 K. I am looking for non GST unit. Tks

Dear Mr Sanjeet,

$700k budget is very decent amount of money as an investment, nevertheless, do you think that the properties in Singapore has already more or less come to a saturated point? Would you be keen to look at 7 different overseas projects for sale from across the world? 1) Is your initiate capital investment in full cash or leveraged with loan?

2) you can self register and volunteer a GST company with professional service to claim back GST

3) you may like to look into B1/B2 factory 60/99/FH years leasehold as new launch projects are 30 years only.
