Hi, I'm looking to form a company with some of my friends to invest in industrial properties for rental yield and capital appreciation.

Looking for property unit with good prospects over the next 5-7 years.
We have 200K, and AIP for guarantors are 1.1M

Please advise if you have good units for consideration, thanks.
