How much cash do I need to upfront if I were to lease a retail shop ?

Dear Fanny,
If you are looking at leasing from a private landlord, the terms and conditions are not fixed but usually depending on the number of years of lease you are undertaking, each year of lease will usually require 1 month of security deposit plus another month of rental in advance.
