A prime heartland restaurant space in Jurong Gateway has been put up for sale by tender, and the owners are looking to sell the property for at least S$15 million.
The 11,248 sq ft property, which currently houses Boon Lay Raja Restaurant, is located along Jurong Gate Way Road and is about 200 metres from Jurong East MRT Station.
Savills Singapore, which has been appointed to manage the sale, said the owners “would have preferred to continue operating this profitable business if not for their impending retirement.”
“This is a rare opportunity for restaurateurs facing escalating rentals to operate on their own premise, and establish or consolidate their presence in this highly sought-after location,” Savills said in media statement on Wednesday (8 October).
Tender for the subject property will close on 6 November.
