International hotel operator Hyatt Hotels & Resorts announced Monday (2 February) the opening of its newest hotel in the Philippines, Hyatt City of Dreams Manila.
The group opened the two-tower hotel in conjunction to the launch of City of Dreams Manila, an integrated resort poised to become a premier leisure and entertainment destination in the Philipnes and within the region.
“We are delighted to bring this brand to the Asia Pacific region and be part of City of Dreams Manila. This hotel will be featuring an array of entertainment and attractions,” said David Udell, Hyatt Group President for Asia Pacific.
The hotel will offer 365 rooms with sizes ranging from 377 sq to 915 sq ft. Rooms will be equipped with fully functioning work space, a 47-inch LED HDTV and a safe. The development will also offer 45 Club rooms which will entitle guests the benefits of its exclusive Club Lounge which offers services including personalized check-in and check-out, complimentary meals throughout the day, as well as cocktails.
Notably, as at end-September, Hyatt Hotels has a portfolio of 573 properties in 48 countries.
Hyatt’s newest addition to Asia’s hospitality market forms part of the casino-resort City of Dreams Manila which is located in the Philippines’s Entertainment City in the capital Manila. The resort is a joint development of Melco Crown Philippines and SM Group’s Belle Corporation.
