A confirmed list site measuring 5,686.3 sq mhas been launched for sale by public tender on Tuesday (31 March) under the Industrial Government Land Sales (IGLS) Programme for 1H 2015.
According JTC Corporation, Plot 4 at Tampines Industrial Drive is intended for B2 developments, or businesses that require a nuisance buffer of more than 50 metres.
The 0.57ha land parcel comes with a lease tenure of 20 years and a permissible gross plot ratio of up to 1.4. Moreover, the building must have a maximum height of 64 metres above the mean sea level (AMSL), while its construction period should not exceed 60 months.
The tender will close on 26 May.
