An industrial site (pictured) at Tampines Industrial Drive (Plot 2) has been launched for sale by public tender under the Confirmed List of the first half 2015 Industrial Government Land Sales Programme, JTC announced on Tuesday(26 January).
The site, which measures 4,890.7 sq m or 0.49ha, is zoned for Business-2 development. According to JTC, the site has a 20-year tenure and has a maximum permissible gross plot ratio of 1.4.
Tender for the site will close 22 March.
